The wide, exaggerated HD (hiza-deru, or "knee-out") shape is created by darts sewn into the waist and hem, giving the pants a striking three-dimensional volume and a loose, comfortable feel. The classic chino twill used in the military version has a simple, easy-to-wear feel, with the addition of a drawstring and a coin pocket at the front.
