Shipping Carrier

We reserve the right to ship the order via a shipping service provider of our choice. You are not entitled to select a specific carrier.

In general, Express orders are shipped with either UPS, DHL Express or Fedex.Standard Europe and Standard International orders are shipped with National Post services (Swiss Post, Deutsche Post, USPS, etc.). Once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery.

The shipping rate is based on the average shipping costs to your region. Express carriers designate certain destinations (e.g. islands) as «Remote Areas» and apply a surcharge that we have no control over. If shipping to your destination address requires a significant surcharge, we will contact you. We reserve the right to add the surcharge to your shipping fee, change the shipping method and/or carrier, or cancel the order.

International Taxes & Duties

We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the EU and other European countries.The price you see, is the price you pay to hold the item in your hands.This includes the following countries/regions: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Faröe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom.

All other International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU/DAP) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over it or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.

Note that import duties and tariffs are based on the country of origin of the product (e.g. Made in USA) and not on the country of our shop.

Returns

Extended return window for the holiday season: We accept returns until 18 January 2026 for all orders placed from 28 November 2025 onward.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept your return for store credit ("voucher") or an exchange product within 14 days of the delivery or pick up date. The returned products must be in unworn condition. Please contact us by email or phone to request a return authorization or bring the goods to the store.

We do not cover the return shipping fees nor do we assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods while they are in transit. Please note that you are responsible for returning the items as soon as possible, and the items must be shipped no later than 14 days after the return authorization has been issued. Otherwise, we reserve the right to void the return authorization and decline your return.

In general, we offer no refund on reduced items. However, store credit ("voucher") will be issued for your next purchase.

Each item is carefully inspected for damage prior to shipping and packed with care. In the unlikely event of a defect, please contact us immediately upon delivery or pickup.
