These straight bootcut jeans are crafted in the USA from cotton grown in Tennessee. The yarn is ring-spun in Japan and dyed with natural indigo that shimmers in red and blue hues. The fabric is woven on traditional wooden shuttle looms to create a 16 oz. right-hand twill. Inspired by denim models from the 1930s, these jeans feature a selvedge construction. Each pair is handmade through a process involving up to 50 individual steps, using specialized tools and techniques. The jeans are washed and Sanforized® to minimize shrinkage.
