A rugged, handcrafted jacket woven from a distinctive blend of 91% cotton nep yarn and 9% thick hemp thread. The use of a rapier loom allows for alternating weft threads, resulting in a warm, uneven texture—fluffy nep and hemp knots create a homespun, hand-woven character rarely found in modern fabrics. The front and back body are lined with "Bingo Fushiori," a cotton fabric woven with yarn-dyed indigo thread, adding softness and subtle depth to the interior. Since both dyeing and weaving are done by hand, variations in color and unevenness are not defects but signatures of authentic craftsmanship.

The sleeve design features a three-dimensional switched construction for improved mobility, while the collar is cut with room to prevent stiffness, offering excellent compatibility with shirts and scarves. Genuine indigo cloth scraps are carefully selected and used for visible repairs—each jacket carries its own unique expression, with individual differences in patch placement and fade.
