TheMadawaska Boot combines the construction of a handsewn moccasin with an unconventional monk-strap closure. Made from smooth black leather, its compact ankle-high silhouette offers a distinctive alternative to traditional lace-up boots.
The handsewn apron toe is finished with contrasting stitching, while a broad leather strap secures the boot through a polished metal ring. A rear pull tab and low opening make it easy to put on, and the leather-and-rubber lug outsole provides a solid foundation with dependable everyday grip. The result balances New England footwear tradition with a more individual, contemporary design.
Eastland shoes are produced in their workshop in Freeport, Maine and family-owned for three generations, designing timeless footwear since 1955. Each pair of Eastlands are made with the same legacy of quality and comfort that the company has valued for over 70 years.
