Inspired by old Japanese fabrics from the early Showa period, this 6.9 oz. ikat fabric is dyed with indigo. Two colors of yarn, ecru and green, are unevenly dyed with different pitches and carefully woven on a power loom using the warp and weft. The style is inspired by 1950s American-made three-needle rolled stitch work shirt, featuring elegant brown mother-of-pearl cat's eye buttons on the front.
