A shawl-collar cardigan jacket made from a blend of wool and silk. The fabric is made using a special weave that looks like a 1940s camp blanket. There is a pattern of colourful stitches on the back, which is a feature of Western-style knitting. The collar, placket and hem are all decorated with whipstitching that is sewn by hand. It has a trim of knotted fringe around the bottom edge. Metal buttons.
