That's how it works:

1. Place your order and write down your jacket model in the order comments.
2. You will receive a prepaid shipping label for print at home.*
3. Please pack your jacket in a box and attach the shipping label.
4. Depending on the workload you will receive your jacket back within 5 to 14 workdays

Please make sure to empty all the pockets before sending them in. Please note that excessively dirty or broken garments will be returned without notice.

* We can send you the shipping label via post, if you have no way of printing. Let us know in the order comments.
