South2 West8 × Ben Miller

This season, the japanese streetwear brand South2 West8 has collaborated with the artist Ben Miller and integrated his works on the outstanding garments.

Ben Miller's practice is attuned to the rhythms of the river landscapes that he paints. Using his handmade brushes, he coats them in paint and casts them against the work surface with accurate darting motions from as far as twenty feet away. A single piece may take a full day and thousands of casts, all of which culminate in a painting that uniquely captures the dynamic qualities of the riverscape.
